No. NikoUArxive is completely free for both authors and readers. Uploading and reading preprints require no payment.

Yes. Posting a preprint does not count as prior publication for most journals. However, we recommend verifying the specific policy of your target journal before submission.

All submissions must be uploaded as PDF files. Optional source files (LaTeX, Word) may be supported in future updates.

Every submission undergoes an AI-assisted evaluation to ensure clarity, originality, and scientific integrity. The AI tool generates a brief internal report that helps editors verify quality and detect formatting or linguistic issues before final listing. This process does not affect the author’s intellectual ownership or research content.

That is exactly why NikoUArxive was created. Many valuable scientific ideas remain unpublished due to language or presentation challenges. Our Academic Editing & Paraphrasing Service allows authors to request professional assistance during or after submission.

For a modest fee , our subject-area editors will correct grammar, refine structure, and enhance readability in accordance with international academic standards — while preserving the author’s scientific originality and maintaining full respect for the quality and level of the original manuscript prior to editing. In addition, our editors will improve the article through standard scientific refinements and methodological corrections to ensure clarity, coherence, and academic precision.

Edited manuscripts are returned within 5–7 working days. 📧 Contact: nikouarxive@gmail.com

Authors can request editing by selecting the “Editing Assistance” option during the final submission step, or by emailing their request directly to nikouarxive@gmail.com.
